TERMS & CONDITIONS :
•
Special Golf rates at RM325.00 nett for 18 holes and RM265.00 nett for 9 holes, which includes green fees, insurance, 2 bottles of mineral water.
•
Breakfast is chargeable at RM83.00 nett per person per breakfast.
•
Package is not applicable from 25 January 2009 to 03 February 2009, 09 to 13 April 2009 and from 30 November 2009 to 05 December 2009.
•
Extra Bed is chargeable at RM170.00 nett per bed per night without breakfast.
•
Check Out Time : 12.00 noon.
•
Check In Time : 2.00 pm.
•
Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly as shown below.
•
Rates are applicable for Malaysian, Singaporean & Expatriates residing in Malaysia & Singapore.
•
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•
Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.
•
Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate.
•
Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•
Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•
Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

NORMAL PERIOD

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 7 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

PEAK PERIOD

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation not made within 30 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.


AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Rates for airport transfer are as below:

Normal car transfer at RM 95.00 per car/way (max 3 persons)
Mercedes Limousine transfer at RM170.00 per car/way (max 3 persons)
Van transfer at RM40.00 per person/way (minimum of 3 persons)
